Last week I found a recipe to use some of our blueberries that we picked. I had frozen the blueberries so that we could use them for smoothies and other things. After looking through multiple blueberry recipes, I found this one for Blueberry Crumb Cake.
Blueberry Crumb Cake
Ease: 4/5. It was probably easier but I had a three-year old helping me.
Rating: 5/5. This rating it coming from me, my son, my husband and two friends who ate it after a run.
Changes: None but didn’t add anything like pecans neither. One thing though, the topping is supposed to be like crumbs. Mine was way too buttery so it stuck together. Maybe less butter? It still tasted fine though.
