Lately I had been cooking a lot of food that was more Tex-Mex inspired so I decided to do more of a casserole this week.
Buffalo Baked Ziti
Husbands rating: 5/5. He did say the chicken pieces were a little too big but that was a my fault. I was on the phone while making this and I got tired of cutting up the chicken. Sorry, not sorry.
Ease: 4/5. This would have been a lot easier if I had used the rotisserie chicken but I didn’t.
Changes: So I had to cook chicken and then shred it since I didn’t buy precooked chicken. I didn’t use chives and I didn’t use Franks. I thought we had hot sauce so I used some other hot sauce from a local restaurant here. We also used elbow noodles because we had plenty of those at our house.
