Chicken Parmesan Casserole

This week I made a super easy chicken parmesan casserole for my husband to take to work.

Chicken Parmesan Casserole

Ease: 4.5/5. After you shred the chicken, you just dump everything and stir to combine.

Husbands rating: 3.5/5. He said it had too much sauce but he would rather have that than not enough sauce.

Changes: I did not add basil. One thing I did do differently for me was I baked the chicken in the oven for 30 minutes instead of using the stovetop of cook it. Not sure if there is a taste difference but for ease, it is easier in the oven.
