This week I decided to make a “healthy” pizza version for my husband as we all love pizza.
Beef Taco Salad Pizza
Ease: 5/5. Cook meat, put on quesadilla, cook and the end.
Husbands rating: 4/5. His last one was soggy because I placed them on top of each other in a container for him to take to work. I probably should have put parchment paper or foil between each pizza.
Changes: We didn’t use lettuce or tomatoes. Tomatoes because my husband is not a fan and lettuce because it does not keep well. I think we also used bison meat.
