Last week I made my husband some shredded beef enchiladas. I have made similar in the past but this time used a different sauce and different meat.
Shredded Beef Enchiladas
Ease: 4.5/5. There was not much to do. The hardest part was shredding the meat.
Husbands rating: 4/5.
Changes: I didn’t pay attention to the recipe that well and used corn syrup instead of corn starch. My husband (he does the shopping) also couldn’t find green enchilada sauce so he bought green cooking sauce instead. Not really sure what the difference is. We did use the beef shoulder roast as recommended and we did not realize how expensive that was going to be.
