I am starting to get caught up on the recipe posts. Just made another meal tonight so I will have to wait and see what the verdict is.
One Pan Healthy Sausage and Veggies
Ease: 4/5. We used turkey sausage to make it healthier and I didn’t add in the cook time because of the casing.
Husbands rating: 4/5.
Changes: We didn’t use green beans. Since my husband is reheating it at work, sometimes green beans get a little soggy. We also skipped some of the herbs and we didn’t serve it on rice because of the whole low carb thing.
