Beef Rigatoni Bake and Parmesan Chicken Tenders

I have two recipes for you today because my husband only took one picture (and not a good one at that).

First, Beef Rigatoni Bake.  Yes, I know the recipe says sausage but there is not any sausage in it so I changed the name.

Ease: 4/5. Not much to it.  Just need to time it right.

Husbands rating: 5/5

Changes: I cut the recipe as my husband does not need as much as it is asking for. I didn’t use an exact science just what felt right.  Like, I did not use two sticks of butter.

Next up is One Sheet Pan Parmesan Chicken Tenders and Green Beans.

Ease: 5/5.  My husband had bought chicken that was already cut up into tenders so I didn’t even have to cut anything.

Husbands rating: 4/5

Changes: I didn’t use the grape tomatoes because I didn’t feel like it. I also forgot the garlic. I also didn’t add any additional herbs because I was using Italian bread crumbs that already have the herbs.
