Baked Spaghetti and Meatballs

This week I decided to do a pasta meal for my husbands work.  It has been awhile since he has had pasta.  I picked baked spaghetti and meatballs because it seemed simple, didn’t take much time and I know my husband likes this.

Husbands rating:3/5. I burned it…mt husband thinks it could have been a 4.5/5

Ease: 5/5

Changes: We only used ground beef, no pork.  I also did not add nutmeg. Also, my husband bought straight tomato sauce instead of marinara sauce.

Where I messed up: So I burned this recipe bad.  I had it is the oven and it is supposed to bake for 20 minutes.  I don’t like to use timers because I am weird but had the time down. I got so caught up in a stupid movie that one hour later, I remembered that I had something in the oven. So my husband said that the cheese was rock hard but the pasta was still good.  I also did not read the recipe well and added the oil to the meatballs instead of putting in the pan.  Good thing I teach social studies and not reading.
